About Satesh

Satesh Ramjattan is a self-taught Fine Art Florida Landscape Photographer. He draws his inspiration from the sounds and movement of nature, especially those of the sea. His ability to look beyond the landscape and capture its nuances sets his photography apart from others. One distinct feature of his work is how he uses varying “slow” shutter speeds to give his photos a more impressionist feel. He favors light and composition over anything else. His portfolio is a love letter to his home state of Florida. You won’t find “grand” vistas or images of tourist traps, but instead, intimate landscapes, portraits of old Florida, and a unique view of the ocean.

At its core, Satesh’s photographs are meant to invoke the same feeling of peace he experiences while out in the wild. But his message is one of conservation to protect, respect, and cherish Mother Nature.
